Pork Tenderloin Teriyaki
1 cup of soy sauce (regular or low sodium)
1 cup of sugar
1 (20 oz.) can of pineapple chunks with juice
1/2-1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of garlic powder, or several crushed cloves of garlic.
Mix all together and put your tenderloin in a big zip loc bag and pour all ingredients over your tenderloin, which you have pierced all over with a fork, and trimmed all visible fat. Marianade at least 24 hours and you will have the best tenderloin you've ever had!!!
