MAUI TERIYAKI MARINADE SAUCE 
1/8 teaspoon ginger 
2 garlic cloves, slivered 
1-1/2 cup sugar 
1 cup catsup 
1 cup soy sauce 
1/2 cup sherry 
Mix all ingredients together (I use a blender). Pour over meat and let marinate for at least three (3) hours. Remove from marinade and grill. Use while basting as well. 
Makes a scant quart.
