Korean Steak 
1 lb. top round or top sirloin 
1/4 c. soy sauce 
3 tbl. vegetable oil 
3 tbl. sesame seeds 
1/4 tsp. pepper 
1/4 tsp. ground ginger 
2 tsp. brown sugar 
1/2 c. sliced green onion 
Pound steak with mallet. Place steak in large shallow dish.
 Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients in small bowl, stirring well.
 Pour over steak; cover and allow to mainate in fridge 1 hour. 
 Remove meat from marinade, and place on greased rack of broiler pan.
Preheat broiler.
 Broil 4 inches from heat 4-5 minutes, turn steak, and broil an 
additional 4-5 minutes.
 To serve, slice across grain into thin slices.  4 servings
