Hot Pepper Paste

1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup hot pepper flakes
1/8 cup canola oil
2 cloves garlic

Put red pepper and hot pepper flakes in a processor and pulse til pasty.

In a saucepan heat up the oil, add garlic and stir being careful not to burn garlic. Add paste and cook on a medium heat until thick. About 5 minutes. Stir often. (You may have to add more oil.)
