Glazed Lychee

Glazed Lychee

4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons water
12 lychees, peeled and pitted

Put sugar and water in saucepan and boil until syrupy. Add lychees and let soak only one minute. Set aside to cool. Use to trim salads or Chinese pork.
