Flanken: Korean Style Ribs

Korean Style Ribs

1 green onion
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Accent (msg)
3 lb. sirloin steak or beef plate choice flanken short ribs

Mix all ingredients except meat in large bowl (preferably with lid). Slice sirloin thin, while partially
frozen. If using short ribs, slice rib open to make as flat as possible. Add meat to marinade working it in well. Refrigerate 24 hours. Turn meat several times during 24 hours. Barbecue over hot fire.
