Just wanted to let you know that we used your 123 peanut butter cookie recipe using soy butter as my grandson cannot have wheat. It came out great, and he can make them himself.
Thanks

The Kitty Litter Cake also is great as a Halloween cake. I add gummy eyes, brains, worms, etc. I use chocolate cookie crumbs for the dirt and Lady Fingers as tombstones. It's great!

I was born and brought up in Brooklyn, New York. I ate and loved Jewish Sour Rye Bread all my life.

When I moved to southern California, many years ago, I was amazed at the fact that finding a genuine Jewish

Delicatessen was just about impossible. So, I have gone many years without a real corned beef sandwich on

sour rye with a Kosher dill pickle.

I have recently discoverd some of the secrets of making real New York style pizza. This has led me to decide

on attempting to bake real Jewish Sour Rye Bread. I have acquired several recipes for this; however, none

of these recommend a specific rye flour which would give the best results. This is what I want to know.

Please recommend the best rye flour to produce a genuine loaf of real Jewish Sour Rye Bread.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I will be making my new chef study this site, as the idiot seems to think cooking consists of only the french rubbish that is all he seems to be able to cook. what about a new section ?100 ways to cook venison, as my deer hunting park is getting a little overpopulated
