I have been looking and looking for the old fashioned recipe for years.I learned to make it in the 6th grade I an 60 yrs old now!!I have seen too many that say use sauce pan and use water
I was taught cast iron skillet wooden spoon and yes I have had both shoulders and L wrist operated on so I will sure get my neighbor to hold the skillet
I am going to look up more of your recipe's I love to cook and have many recipes my self

JUST A NOTE I MADE ABBY PECAN PIE FOR THE GEAUGA COUNTY FAIR IN BURTON OH LAST AUGUST OUT OF 141 ENTRIES I TOOK 1ST PLACE AND BEST IN PIES THEY SAID THE PIE CRUST WAS AWESOME I USE FLOUR BUTTER AND LARD AND MILK ONE OF THE JUDGES HATES NUTS AND STILL GAVE IT A 100% AND THE PIE WAS FANTASTIC NOT REAL SWEET THANKS FOR THE GREAT WINNING PIE RECEIPE NO 1
